Virginia City and Perfect Beef Stroganoff I bet you didn’t expect this in our travel blog.
We are visiting Virginia City, and Tami is standing in front of one of the many bars. Tami is not leaning. The building is leaning –honest.
Perfect Beef Stroganoff
Well to get perfect beef stroganoff, first, someone has to join the Rotary Club. Strange recipe!
It doesn’t have to be you, but that is the first step. In our case, Joel and Patty joined the Rotary Club and we were invited to the Prime Rib dinner at the reception and induction. It was quite the affair; the Prime Rib was perfect and abundant – in fact so abundant there was lots remaining so all the attendees got to take home large doggie bags.
The second part of the recipe is that you have to have a pressure cooker; this is Tami’s favorite way to cook oatmeal in the morning, and happens to be the best way to turn left-over Prime Rib into the very best Beef Stroganoff. I’m not saying you have to have Prime Rib for ordinary Beef Stroganoff but to get Perfect Beef Stroganoff, well you have to start with the best beef.
Part three is large noodles and that is the end of it, the rest is a secret that only Tami knows. Joel was the person to announce that it was Perfect Beef Stroganoff and the best ever (so he got a copy of the recipe). So remember step one, join the Rotary Club.

Our blog page doesn’t allow comments after one month… So much for me controlling it – I am not a coder… Please comment anyway, by filling out the form at the bottom. I will be glad to manually insert them.
Gravity is winning in Virginia City.
That is a fun place to visit.
