2018 Route

Thanksgiving at Seal Beach

We have a lot to be thankful for this year at Thanksgiving. At Seal Beach, it is delightful. We put 6580 miles in our travels this year (plus car miles). The last time we saw the ocean in San Diego was February 24. Since then we have explored the small roads across the west, crossed Oregon three times. Caught in a cattle drive in Idaho, snow in Utah. Currently, we are at Seal Beach California, we will be in southern California for two months until February then off to New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and the Dakota’s.

As we were pulling into the RV park, Tami saw an RV that she recognized, it was Calvin. We met him in Oregon this year. This isn’t the first time this has happened on the road, every time it is special.

We didn’t really spend Thanksgiving at Seal Beach but instead drove south to a friend’s house to celebrate it with them.

I took these pictures while we were in Las Vegas and forgot to include them. I just felt bad about not sharing, so here you go.
